Starting in January 2025, this full-time position is perfect for someone eager to inspire and support students with special educational needs and help them reach their full potential.

As a Support Worker- LSA, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they have a positive and inclusive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
• Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Encouraging positive behavior and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborating with staff and parents to monitor student progress.

To succeed as a Support Worker- LSA, you should:

• Have experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care setting.
