Are you passionate about empowering children with the skills they need to succeed? We are seeking dedicated and experienced tutors to provide 1:1 support in Functional Skills Maths and English (Levels 1-3). You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, working with local councils to support children approved for additional tuition.

• Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in Maths and English Functional Skills.
• Teach children 1:1 in their home, school, or a local library.
• Provide engaging lessons, adapting to the individual needs of each child, including those with special educational needs.
• Conduct sessions in various settings, including the child's home, school, or local library.
• Support children with special educational needs, creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents, schools, or councils.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to safeguarding procedures, including completing an enhanced DBS check.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, schools, and council representatives to achieve learning goals.

• A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Functional Skills Maths and English (Level 1-3).
• A teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or equivalent (highly desirable).
• Experience working with children with special needs (highly desirable).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
