You'll be joining modern and inclusive secondary school situated in Wandsworth. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
* Leading the development and delivery of an engaging biology curriculum across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
* Inspiring and managing a team of biology teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
* Promoting the school’s values of diversity and inclusion through innovative lesson planning.
* Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in biology.
* Proven track record of teaching biology to GCSE and A-level with excellent outcomes.
* Experience in leading or managing a team within a school setting.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
