QA Test Manager - 3 months Outside IR35 up to £550 a day - Remote working

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit a QA Test Manager for a minimum 6-month period, this role will require occasional attendance to their regional offices.

You will receive a daily rate of up to £550 a day and the contract will see you OUTSIDE IR35.

Working in a multi disciplined team, this role takes the lead in ensuring that any changes are tracked, tested, documented and reported, ensuring the stability of the Digital and Analytical Service within the organisation.

I would love to hear from QA Test Manager's who have the following skills;

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and standards.

Work with a team of developers and data scientists to embed the policies and standards.

Oversee and act as gatekeeper within the PR approval process to ensure high quality deployments of new features and functions to IDS

Define and develop test methods and implement associated tools.

Document test activities and reporting results.

Help to ensure quality when requirements are poorly defined or ambiguous.

Understand user needs and be an advocate for the user when testing.

Think about how each project fit in with bigger picture business needs, not just testing what is asked for on the ticket.

Think critically and ask questions, finding gaps and inconsistencies in business logic.

Take a 'whole system view' - proactively identify and test other areas of the system that might be impacted by changes.Skills/knowledge required
