• Exemplary Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.

• Experience Matters: Proven experience in community mental health settings is essential.
• Dependable & Proactive: A reliable and proactive approach to delivering high-quality care.
• Professional Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist (OT) credentials.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current Registration: Must hold current registration with the NMC, HCPC, or relevant professional body.
