Full-Time Long-Term Cover Supervisor - Secondary Education (Stratford)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Stratford on a full-time, long-term, temp-to-perm basis. This is guaranteed monday to friday and is a hybrid role where you can become a valued member of the team. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have prior experience working as a teacher or cover supervisor in a secondary school environment.

Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of lessons, maintaining strong classroom management, and supporting students in achieving their educational goals during periods of teacher absence. Your strong curriculum knowledge, professionalism, and passion for teaching will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or Secondary Teacher
• Good curriculum knowledgeacross key stages
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Adaptable, motivated, and student-focused approach
