Pay: £160-£210 per day

About the role:
A fantastic Year 4 Class Teacher role has become available at a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Ealing. You’ll be joining a young, motivated, and supportive team that’s led by a new headteacher who is determined to bring the school to the next level. With a class size of 30 students, you’ll be taking over from a teacher leaving at Christmas, so you'll need to need to step into the role quickly and make an immediate impact.
The school is looking for someone who can foster a positive and engaging learning environment for their students, while also supporting them academically and socially. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build your career, we welcome your application.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is preferable but not essential).
• A passion for fostering positive learning environments and helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students, ensuring a high standard of education and positive learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and personal growth.
• Plan and assess lessons, tracking students' progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community, participating in school events and CPD opportunities.
