Key Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is essential.

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Strong client-facing experience, including managing stakeholder relationships and gathering requirements.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
