The Opportunity
You will be an integral part of the events team in one of the most famous businesses in the jewellery sector. As an Events Administrator, you will play a key role in planning and delivering exceptional events that showcase the brand’s prestige and elegance. You will also support administrative functions for the business across stores, ensuring seamless operations.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the RSVP inbox and responding to client queries.
Organising and maintaining event details on platforms such as Trello, Outlook, and Events Calendar.
Proofreading event materials and ensuring they’re finalised with organisers.
Sending invitations for major events and compiling guestlists.
Coordinating orders with trusted suppliers for florals, drinks, calligraphy, and more.
Updating event summaries and distributing weekly diaries.
Supporting live events and shop activations when needed.
Your Skills and Experience:
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to plan strategically and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Google platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional appearance and demeanour, with good handwriting.
