Administrative Assistant – Building Safety Team
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
An Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Building Safety Team. Based in the heart of London, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the Council's vital work in ensuring the safety and compliance of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities, As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Provide general administrative support to the Building Safety Team.
Manage and monitor the team’s inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Assist with compliance-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings to support effective decision-making.
Handle other administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team.
About You: We are looking for someone who is:
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Proficient in IT: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems for inbox management, note-taking, and record-keeping.
A Strong Communicator: Able to interact professionally and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate and support team members to achieve shared goals.
