PMO - IT Infrastructure and Active Directory
Location: London, hybrid
Contract role
Our client, a leading FTSE Food & Beverage firm, is seeking to hire an experienced IT PMO professional with a strong background in Active Directory and IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO Functions:- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
IT Infrastructure Management:- Support IT infrastructure initiatives, including server, network, and storage deployments.
- Ensure the delivery of robust and secure IT infrastructure solutions in alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address infrastructure challenges.
Active Directory Expertise:- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user accounts, security groups, and policies.
- Oversee migrations, upgrades, and integrations involving Active Directory.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for directory services.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a PMO role, within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
