Your Role

As Deputy Chief Technology Officer, you will:

• Develop and manage practices and leads across engineering and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Govern key boards like the Design Authority to ensure technical excellence.
• Shape recruitment, training, and retention strategies for tech talent.
• Foster relationships across government, external sectors, and third-party partners.
• Ensure delivery teams are equipped with the right skills, tools, and infrastructure.
• Define and implement technology standards and governance frameworks.
