Job Specification: Support for Stores
Location: Bedhampton, Havant
Contract Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Pay: 13.70/hour PAYE + Holiday
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday: 07:15 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 11:30

Role Overview:
Our Aerospace client, based in Bedhampton, Havant, is seeking a proactive individual to provide support to their stores function. This role does not require a high level of purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Stores and Suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Raise supply chain and concession/permit requests as required.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the stores function.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Previous experience in an administrative or similar role preferred.
