Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Fit Out Site Manager to work for our client's Leisure refurbishment project near Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full refurbishment of a Leisure Facility, experience in this is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
• 1st Aid at Work certification
• Asbestos Awareness certification (Preferable)
• Fire Marshall

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Report project progress to the main contractor
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:
250 - 270 per shift
