Salary: £100 - £140 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school based in Leeds. The school provides a high standard of education and produces hands-on lessons in imaginative and inspiring ways. The school promotes a lifelong commitment to learning and encourages students to remain positive and become confident learners.

The school is looking to take on a driven HLTA with strong supporting skills in classroom management on a part-time basis, leading to a long-term position for the right HLTA. The successful candidate will be working in Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve their own learning goals, whilst supporting the schemes of learning.

The successful Primary HLTA will have:

• Experience supporting a wide range of subjects up to Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong experience in supporting classroom management
• A range of 1-1 and SEND support experiences
