Job Description

We are working with a Local Authority in the South East of England who are looking for an interim criminal prosecutor to join their team for an ASAP start date! The role is open to either qualified solicitor or barristers.

The role:

Full-time

6 month rolling contract to cover permanent recruitment

Court attendance around once a week (fridays)

Rate: £55-60ph depending on experience

Candidates must have experience prosecuting the following cases: trading standards, fly tipping, environmental protection, licence breaches.
