Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Stoke
Contract Details: Temporary (4 - 6 weeks initially), Full Time
Hourly Rate: 12.50 - 13.50 (depending upon experience)
Responsibilities:- Registering and passing invoices
- Maintaining accounts and reviewing POAs (Purchase Order Acknowledgements)
- Maintaining the company's purchase ledger
- Reconciling supplier accounts and statements and processing payment
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete processing of all documents
- Building strong relationships with internal management and external customers
- Assisting with the closure of the purchase ledger at month-end
