Job Title: Family Support Worker
Location: Ilford
Pay Rate: 22 Umbrella P/H
Job Type: Full time/contract

The role:

A family support worker is required to assist the Families Together Team on the Homes for Ukraine project to deliver outreach and support services to referred families, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective service. Working within the Families Together Team and alongside partner agencies within Children and Families to plan interventions that will improve outcomes for children and young people.

The Candidate:

• Experience of working with children and families.
• Experience of working with child protection issues
• Experience of working one to one with families in their home
• Knowledge of legislation and guidance relevant to working with children and families
• Driving license and vehicle required
• Ability to speak Ukrainian or Russian would be advantageous
