Job Title: Architectural Role - Revit Specialist (Educational Projects)
Location: Greater Manchester (3 days in office per week)
Rate: 27-32 per hour (Outside of IR35)
Contract: 6-Month Initial, Turning Permanent

We're seeking an experienced Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician with Revit skills and a background in educational architecture (schools, universities, learning environments).

Key Details:

• Work Directly with Directors: Small, collaborative team where you'll work closely with the directors on impactful projects.
• Educational Focus: Exciting projects in the education sector, including school and university designs.
• Contract to Permanent: 6-month contract with a clear path to a permanent role.

Requirements:

• Revit proficiency.
• Experience in educational architecture (school buildings, campuses, etc.).
• Ability to contribute to the design and technical delivery of projects.
