Job Title: 7.5t Driver
Location: Park Royal

Hours: 6am or 10:30am starts

Pay: £14.49/hour for 6am starts and £15.04/hour for 10:30am starts

Overtime rates: £21.88 - 6am starts, £22.50 - 10:30am starts - (Applies when working a 5th shift in the same week)

Corr Recruitment is partnering with a leading home delivery department store chain specializing in home furnishings, accessories, and electronics. We are seeking reliable and motivated 7.5t Drivers to join their team on a Temp-to-Perm or ongoing basis.

Key Details:

• Location: Park Royal
• Work Type: Adhoc shifts, 2-5 per week (typically 4 shifts per week)
• Transport: You must have your own transport to commute to the site
• Requirement: Successful completion of an induction is required to secure the role
• Saturday Work: Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month

Tasks and Duties:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes within the Park Royal area.
• Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and confirm access details.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are professional and timely.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and comply with reporting requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist with the assembly of furniture in customers homes when required.

Requirements / Skills:

• Valid 7.5t (C1) driving license with CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Previous experience in multi-drop or furniture delivery is advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage delivery schedules.
• Presentable appearance to represent the company positively.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Willingness to comply with random drug and alcohol testing.
• Reliable and proactive work ethic with excellent customer service focus.
