Driver Labourer

To assist the Responsive and Void Repairs / Planned Trade Team by undertaking duties including delivering materials to site, providing labouring support to trade Operatives, conducting property and garden clearances and transporting waste to the designated waste transfer station.

Transport, collect and deliver materials, plant and personnel etc. to site, as necessary, and undertake all associated loading and unloading duties.
Undertake general manual labouring duties on site, e.g. Perform setup and clean-up tasks, groundworks, mixing and providing general assistance to Trade Operatives.
Site Preparation, i.e. removing damaged plaster, brickwork etc. ready for redressing.
