Fire Door Carpenter
Job Role: Fire Door Carpenter
Job Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Council
Salary: £185 per day
Working period: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Working Hours: 5 days per week
Assignment period: 3-6 Months Ongoing
Your Role
* To be able to attend site and scope remedial works for compartmentation breaches.
* Must be able to identify most suitable methods of fire stopping techniques for each job such as fire collars, installation of fire cushions, pipe trays, batt and fire mastic.
* Must be able to carry out installations in accordance with the specific tasks such as BS476 part2 and ISO6944;
* Must be able to use fire rated materials correctly in accordance with manufacturers recommendation to ensure products are effective
* Must have basic carpentry skills for installation of stud work/ shuttering.
