This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our highly regarded client located in LE19, South Leicestershire, on a 12 month Fixed term contract.
Working within their welcoming & supportive Learning Partner Support team as a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer enquiries via a centralised email inbox, phone and web chat
* Processing high volumes of data relating to registration and examination documentation
* Preparing and planning schedules, updating trackers and in-house systems
* Liaising between internal departments as well as external customers and 3rd parties, building and developing relationships
This is a varied and challenging role where there is a mix of data processing, handling calls and emails and administration tasks. These are all included as part of the daily responsibilities. Full training is provided.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who has a strong customer service ethos with the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Office based customer service and administration experience
* Confident, articulate communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to manage a high workload effectively
* Experience of processing large amounts of data
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise, strong time management skills, meet deadlines
* PC Literate
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Own transport (due to location)
Full time hours Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, 35 hours per week.
For the first 6 months, this role is OFFICE BASED - LE19
After 6 months, the role becomes HYBRID - mix of office and home.
This role would suit an Administration Officer, Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support Advisor
