Part-Time Administrator required for large, busy organisation. Initially for 3 months, may extend. Our client are seeking an organised and detail orientated Administrator with relevant, recent experience in a similar position.
This role offers the chance for hybrid working, the individual will need to be in the office, based in in Hemel Hempstead a minimum of 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work remotely for the other 2 days. 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (need someone to work every weekday, but flexible on specific hours). Start date : 6th January 2025
General duties are listed below:-
- Travel bookings for Commercial, Finance, BMC, E&TS, People, Property and Shared Services teams – train/hotel/group and event bookings/flights, etc – all using existing third-party suppliers
- General admin support and assistance to the PA’s for the Exec Directors responsible for above teams – potential diary management, general admin support, i.e. arranging internal & external meetings, share point page upgrade/maintenance
