Finance and Business Support Officer

Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance and Business Support Officer based in Southwark on a contract basis.

The job:

• Financial responsibilities; Invoice checking, raising purchase, orders generating goods, receipt, notices, budget monitoring. Handling and distributing correspondence and liaison with vendors, staff and management.
• Maintain accounts payable files, electronic databases and reporting
• Handle correspondence, incoming calls and emails, complaints, and distribute accordingly across the department
• Arrange meetings, take minutes, data entry and migration, and ad hoc admin tasks

The candidate:

• Experience in housing/local authority
• Experience working within a finance setting and finance tasks
• Experience using SAP as well as MS Office
