REVIT / CAD Technician
Revit / CAD technician – Greater Manchester – Long Term Contract – Outside IR35
If you are a Building Services (Mechanical) Revit / CAD technician looking for a long-term contract, then look no further.
I have an opportunity working with one of the best in the business. A client that is always busy with a specialism in Pharma and Healthcare projects that offers 12 month+ contracts outside IR35.
What you will need to apply:
* 5 years relevant experience in building services
* Capable of producing designs and co-ordination of turnkey projects for mechanical assets (HVAC/Piping)
* Knowledge of CDM regulations
Project works will be carried out on a highly regulated facility and will require a site presence.
Rates on offer are between £32 - £37 per hour – Potentially earning £70k before tax at the top end.
