Position: Supply Teacher (Regular and Ad-Hoc Opportunities)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of subjects (depending on your specialism) that inspire and motivate students.
• Supporting the implementation of school policies and contributing to school-wide initiatives.

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Providing constructive feedback on student progress and contributing to their academic achievement.

We are seeking qualified teachers who are passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional teaching. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification and a degree (or equivalent).
• Have a proven track record of outstanding teaching practice and effective behaviour management.
• Demonstrate experience in lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
• Be capable of contributing to improvement planning to support student achievement.
• Have experience teaching at KS3/KS4 and a strong ability to track and monitor pupil progress.
• Be adaptable, professional, and ready to work in a range of school environments.
