About the Role:
As a Pastoral Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for a specific year group, ensuring their wellbeing and development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students in managing behavioral difficulties and guiding them toward positive outcomes.
• Promoting the school's ethos, values, and code of conduct, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a cohesive support network.
• Monitoring and addressing pastoral issues, fostering a safe and nurturing space for learning.
