Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £160-£210 per day

Are you a passionate KS1 teacher who strives to create engaging, inclusive, and inspiring lessons for young learners? We're seeking a dedicated teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Barnet from February 2025. This full-time, long-term position offers an exciting opportunity for a teacher to make a real difference in children's early education, while becoming part of a collaborative team.
As a KS1 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students. You’ll play a key role in shaping the foundation of their academic journey, helping them develop crucial skills in literacy, numeracy, and social growth.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in a primary school, particularly within Key Stage 1.

• Be proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Show commitment to continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with additional learning requirements.
• Track and assess the progress of pupils, providing regular feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
