Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in EYFS teaching.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and a creative approach to early years education.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A proactive attitude, coupled with patience and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn.
• Observe, assess, and record students’ progress, tailoring teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to create innovative learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child’s development and milestones.
