Contract: Full Time (Temp - Perm)
Salary: £230 - £260 per day
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator looking to make a real difference in a vibrant school environment? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team in Enfield, starting ASAP.
About the Role:
As a SENCO, you will lead and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Your role will involve coordinating interventions, creating personalised learning plans, and overseeing assessments. You will also manage a dedicated team, ensuring that each child receives high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SEN provision within the school
Work with teaching staff to adapt the curriculum and support students with SEN
Conduct assessments and plan targeted interventions
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
Collaborate with external agencies to support students' needs
Provide leadership and guidance to the SEN teamAbout You:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and SENCO qualification
Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs
