Job Title: PMO Planner - Finance Transformation Programme

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Rate: £450-£500 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Midlands

About the Role

As the PMO Planner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Management Office, ensuring effective project planning, governance, and reporting for this large-scale transformation programme. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.

Facilitate governance and reporting processes, providing critical insights to ensure timely decision-making.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with teams to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies throughout the programme lifecycle.Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a PMO Planner within large-scale finance transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana or similar ERP implementations.

Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Solid knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).Why Join?
