Job Title: Reconciliation Officer
Location: Winchester/Hybrid
Contract Type: Temporary (March 2025)
Salary: £16.66 per hour
Job Purpose:
Complete the prioritisation and reconciliation of supplier accounts with outstanding balances
Main Responsibilities:
Complete the prioritisation and reconciliation of supplier accounts with outstanding balances
Issue supplier statements
Report on progress - weekly updates on completion of reconciliations, reductions of backlog, new rejections and outstanding volumes
Liaise with provisions team to update MOSAIC.
Provide expert support to contact team as required
To work effectively with other team members as part of a professional team in the delivery of correct answers to provider queries raised through calls and enquiry forms.
Expedite actions of other teams until resolved.
To maintain an awareness of corporate and departmental equalities and health & safety policies and procedures and apply them in the day-to-day requirements of the job.

budget preparation, budget monitoring and year end accounts) Evidence of being able to manage and control work to professional and quality standards within appropriate deadlines.

Experienced in using spreadsheets and word processing software in order to analyse and present information.

Able to display professional development beyond that acquired during the normal course of a job or formal training and commitment to continuous professional development.

* Finance Advisers at this level are expected to show initiative and a self-starting approach in order to carry out the day-to-day financial processes and to provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting/information.
