Roofer

Based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

2.5 months' work

Contract role

Paying 25 - 27 p/h

Starting ASAP

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Installing slate tiles on a new build out of town shopping outlet

• Each unit is separate to each other so roofs can be worked on independently

• Individual roofers required or gangs of roofers if you work with other people

• Must have a CSCS card ideally Blue, but potentially green could be accepted too

• Must have PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, glasses, hard hat etc.)

• You should be able to demonstrate at least 3 years of new roof laying experience

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times

Requirements and experience levels

• Must be hard working and driven

• Valid ID/Passport

• Full PPE

• Own tools

• 8 am - 4 pm (8 hours paid daily)

• CSCS Blue Card (Skilled - NVQ2 in Concrete & Slating)
