Job Posting: Technical SME - Voice Bio & Gatekeeper Projects

Location:

• London (Canary Wharf)

• Sheffield (near Sheffield Station offices)

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Experience Required: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of Voice Bio and Gatekeeper projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Managing voice print migration activities, including validating data accuracy and maintaining data integrity throughout the process.

• Performing advanced API integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems and applications.

• Conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and reliability of implemented solutions.

• Providing support during production deployment, ensuring a smooth transition and resolution of any issues.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with voice biometrics solutions, including both design and implementation.

• Strong technical expertise in handling data migration, with a focus on maintaining data quality and integrity.

• Proficiency in API integration, with a proven ability to work across multiple systems.

• A detailed-oriented approach to testing (SIT and UAT) and troubleshooting during project rollouts.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
