Job Description

We are actively recruiting multiple people for the position of Packing Operatives in Witham, Essex.

Starting as temporary position, this role will offer the chance to work within different departments within the business to up skill yourself and find the role which suits you best.

With opportunities to gain permanent contracts for candidates that prove themselves.

Duties of the Packing Operatives:

• Learning different roles within the factory
• Packing of final product
• Assembly of kits
• Assisting with Machine Operating, Assembly and Packing
• Working to Heath and Safety Guidelines
• Basic Production based tasks
• Working within various teams

The Ideal Packing Operatives:
No previous experience need, just a great attitude to work, but previous experience in Manufacturing and Production would be an advantage

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm. 1pm Finish on Fridays!
11.44ph - rising to 11.60 after 3 months (plus an increase in holiday!)
