Complaints Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 weeks

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a housing organisation, with their recruitment of an interim Complaints Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a complaints team and of identifying areas for improvement and delivering positive changes.

What will you do in the role?

• Managing and coaching a team
• Undertaking a review of the complaints process and identifying areas that need improving
• Implementing changes to set the team up for success moving forward

Who would excel in this role?

• Experience of managing and coaching a complaints team
• Experience of complaints at Stage 1, Stage 2 and Ombudsman enquiries
• Experience at root cause analysis and service improvement
