We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our specialist SEN provision in Rainham, supporting students aged 16+ as they prepare for the transition into working life.

Located in the heart of Rainham, our school provides tailored learning opportunities for young people with a range of special educational needs. We are committed to:

As an SEN Support Worker, you will:

• Work closely with students to support their learning, personal care needs, and transition into working life.
• Assist with personal care and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of each student.
• Help implement person-centered plans that reflect the individual needs and aspirations of each client.
• Encourage active participation in activities that foster personal growth, skill-building, and social inclusion.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to supporting our students.

We are looking for an SEN Support Worker who:

• Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people with special educational needs.
• Has experience in supporting students with personal care and toileting, or is willing to undertake training.

• Is proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to helping students achieve their personal goals.
