Description

• Process and Manage Payments, accurately record incoming payments and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve account discrepancies with professionalism.
• Maintain and organise financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.

Profile

• Previous experience in accounts receivable
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• May be working towards an accountancy degree
