• Extensive experience in traffic engineering
• Strong understanding of traffic management principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct in-depth traffic studies and data analysis
• Proficiency in relevant traffic engineering software and tools
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Capability to work effectively within a team and independently when necessary
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering
