Job Duties:

Applying finishing touches to construction projects
Sanding, painting, and varnishing surfaces
Repairing any imperfections in surfaces
Ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Demonstrated attention to detail
Physical stamina and strength for manual labour

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of various finishing techniques
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational training in finishing or related field
Health and Safety certification

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction environment
Exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises
Physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting
