Job Advertisement: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician - South London

We are currently seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join a hospital pharmacy team in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy dispensary environment. If you have experience working in a hospital setting, that would be great, but hospital experience is not mandatory.

Job Details:

• Role: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician
• Location: South London (Hospital Setting)
• Rate: £18-£22 per hour (depending on experience)
• Contract: 3-6 months
• Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medication
• Supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations
• Ensuring the safe and accurate distribution of medicines to patients
• Carrying out stock management duties and ensuring accuracy in medication distribution

Requirements:

• Qualified Pharmacy Technician (GPhC registered)
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
