Job Description

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Manager to join one of our clients on an initial 3 month basis.

This role will be responsible for pre contract procurement and the area they are responsible for includes things such as lifts and escalators and civils, built environment and systems.

The strategy has just started to be put in place and this role will be tasked with picking up the strategy and carrying out activity.

Requirements:

Public sector Procurement knowledge is a must.

Experience in Civils or Construction.

CIPS/RICS membership (or eligibility for membership)

Educated to degree level, or equivalent.

Sound knowledge of European and UK Procurement Law and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Good grasp of financial and procurement controls, processes and systems
