Private Sector Housing Officer - Kent

A local authority based in Kent are looking for a highly experienced Private Sector Housing Officer who has extensive experience specifically within damp and mould.

In addition to damp and mould knowledge, you'll need experience in:

🏡 Inspecting HMO properties.

🏡 Detailed knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

🏡 Enforcing notices when required.

🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.

The role will involve a mixture of both home working, and working wthin the borough.
