As our new Overseas Operations Executive, you'll be there to provide key remote support to customer facing and Management colleagues Overseas, as well as our UK Managers and Key Stakeholders; utilising and analysing Management Information to enable effective decision making and drive operational performance.

This role is an 18-month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing:

Develop successful working relationships with the Destination Management team through day-to-day liaison, understanding their needs to offer support with resort operations and then delivering support solutions on time and to specification.

Provide administrative support including the taking of minutes whilst distributing agendas and actions for operational meetings with stakeholders from the wider business.

Work with our Overseas Managers and In-Destination Agency stakeholders to provide invoicing and expenses support through processing of financials.

Analyse a wide variety of Management Information reporting and dashboards in specialist areas to an exemplary standard - using and interpreting data to highlight opportunities and identify ways to improve or drive business performance.

What you'll have:

A strong passion for travel with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, both within the department and cross functionally with other departments across the business.

Personable, outgoing, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business including senior stakeholders, both face to face and through Microsoft Teams.

Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
