Astute's EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit 2x Labourers on a 3 months contract basis for their Open Cycle Gas Turbine project based

The Site Labourers positions come with an hourly rate from £13.00 to £16.00.

Key skills and responsibilities:

Perform general and specialized construction tasks, such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, or welding, as required.

Operate power tools and equipment, including saws, drills, forklifts, and other machinery, safely and effectively.

Assist in the installation, repair, or maintenance of structures, fixtures, and systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC, or plumbing).

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute tasks accurately.

Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring equipment is organized and maintained.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions for on-site challenges.

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Site Labourer roles:

Stewartby, Bedfordshire.

£13.00 to £16.00 per hour (Inside IR35)
