* Experience and Passion for SEN: A caring individual with experience or a strong interest in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). You should be able to assist in the delivery of tailored support and ensure each student’s unique needs are met.

* Patience and Empathy: A compassionate approach is essential, as you will be working closely with children who require extra care, patience, and encouragement.

* Great Communication Skills: You’ll work alongside teachers and parents to provide the best possible support for students, maintaining clear communication and ensuring progress is tracked.

* A Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive, positive learning environment for all students will be key to your success in this role.
