Job Advertisement: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician - South London

We are currently seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join a hospital pharmacy team in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy dispensary environment. If you have experience working in a hospital setting, that would be great, but hospital experience is not mandatory.

Job Details:

Role: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician

Location: South London (Hospital Setting)

Rate: £18-£22 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract: 3-6 months

Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing medication

Supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations

Ensuring the safe and accurate distribution of medicines to patients

Carrying out stock management duties and ensuring accuracy in medication distribution

Requirements:

Qualified Pharmacy Technician (GPhC registered)

Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, but not essential

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
