Description: Year 3 Teacher - Temp-Perm

Start Date: January 2025

Overview:

4myschools are looking for an experienced class teacher to cover for at a primary school in Brentwood. This is for a Year 3 class. This is a full-time position with full responsbilities. PPA cover is shared with the other Year 3 teacher so you will have an opportunity to share planning and on Thursday afternoon's the class are taught PE by a sports coach and Friday afternoon, is celebration assembly. No EHCP's in the class and one LSA will be supporting every day.

Key Responsibilities:

👩‍🏫 Lead engaging and inspiring lessons for KS2 students

🤝 Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments, school cultures, and curriculum requirements.

📝 Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour, adhering to school policies and procedures.

🔍 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

Requirements:

🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.

👩‍🎓 Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
