Job Description

Environmental Engineer required for a major offshore wind developer based in Poland

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing support in managing environmental activities (incl. monitoring works, surveys, etc.)

Responsible for environmental compliance on the project and the relevant work packages

Responsible for supporting the interface with environmental authorities and undertaking consultations

Interface with the ESG team and ensuring environmental compliance of the Lender's environmental requirements

Provide expertise in Ecology and Biodiversity Management/No Net Loss

Subject Matter Expert in environmental compliance and biodiversity/ecologyRequirements

MSc or other relevant Master degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on Ecology and/or Biodiversity

Relevant work experience with Biodiversity No Net Loss compensation/calculation or local ecology compensation schemes.

Relevant experience within offshore wind industry or a related industry

Strong coordination and communication skills in Polish/English

Relevant transferable education and skills sufficient to perform the Project Tasks
